All orders are delivered next day. Most orders are delivered in less than 24 hours. 

Yes, all of our photographers shoot with a full frame camera and wide angle lens. This ensures wall to wall & ceiling to floor stills making the room "seem bigger."

Each property is different so it's impossinble to give an accurate timeframe. However, listing photos on a typical 1500 SF home will take 25-35 minutes. 

Otography allows you to cancel for a full refund as long as the cancellation request is made more than 12 hours in advance of the appointment.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment are subject to a $25 fee.

If possible we will go ahead and capture the interior photos. Otography will follow up with you within 24 hours to capture the exteroir photos and/or reschedule for another date. 

Otography owns the photos.

Under the Federal Copyright Act, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. Photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce their photographs. 

Professional photographers are dependent on their ability to control the reproduction of the photographs they create. It affects their income and the livelihood of their families.
